All People Sneeze

From short stories by Anton Chekhov
When it is time to see what the humanity has become, how will we know it? Will we know it by how we behave with our spouses? How we treat the dogs of others? How we cope with jealousy? So many ways to approach these dilemmas, so many stories of how. Perhaps there is one thing that unites all people - the need to tell their stories. That, and the fact that all people sneeze.
Rifling through the pages of Chekhov's short stories, we look in on people of all backgrounds as they get on with the daily business of eating, drinking, laughing, crying, living, and dying, with Chekhov as our guide through their world.
